Who will your advertisements reach?
Our farm has a large mailing list compiled of students, competitors, visitors, camp students, audience members of our Equestrian Theater and more. We will be sending an Omnibus booklet with all our event information for the year. These events include all our shows, theater performances, clinics, and summer camps. The Omnibus will be mailed out in March so that everyone can plan ahead to be involved in our shows and order tickets ahead of time for our Theater. People who recieve this mailing will keep it all year and look it over again and again.

Who will see the advertisements?
Ads will benefit local and non-local advertisers because we draw students from all over the country. Summer camp riders have come all the way from Washington, Academy students have traveled as far as Texas and South Carolina, competitors travel to our shows as far as Connecticut and spectators for our Equestrian Theater have even flown in from South Carolina. Riders who are planning on competing at our shows and spectators to our theater will greatly appreciate advertising from hotels, bed & breakfasts, restaurants, cafes, antique & gift shops, and local grocery and convenient stores. Competitors bring their horses for 3-4 days and are eager to know the best places to stay and dine at in Dover-Foxcroft and the surrounding towns. Spectators at our horse shows will be a range of riders & non-riders that come with friends and family. Ages range from toddlers to grandparents coming to support the competitors and see some beautiful dressage riding.

Sponsoring a Class
:
If a company or individual would like to sponsor a class at any of our Dressage or Jumping Competitions it would greatly ad to the promoting of their business. Sponsors will be listed next to the class and will be heard by the announcer every time the class is mentioned and results are given. Sponsors must donate a prize to be given to the First Place winner of the class. Examples would include a prize basket, gift certificate, or an individual prize. Having unique prizes is a lot of fun for the competitors and they will be excited to win a prize from your business. This will make our show unique and popular so that we bring back repeat competitos and spectators that will remember your business. The cost of sponsoring a class starts at $15 for the lower level classes and goes up to $50 for the highest level class. The upper level dressage classes are placed around the lunch break for the most exposure because there are more spectators for these classes. Prices are listed below:

  • Introductory to First level classes: $15
  • Second level to Fourth level classes: $20
  • Prix St. George: $30
  • Intermediare I & II: $40
  • Grand Prix: $50

A description of your first place prize will also be listed in the show program. You can include a description of your business to be used by the announcer to help add more interest.
